Homemade Nutty Granola

This recipe for granola is so much better than the stuff that comes in a box. It's hard not to keep sneaking handfuls of it!

*6-7 cups oats
*1-2 cups coconut
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups chopped nuts
1 cup wheat germ
2 cups rice crispies cereal or 1 cup All Bran cereal
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp cinnamon
3/4 cup honey
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup oil
2 Tbsp vanilla
