Our Homemade Oatmeal Fig Bars are soft and rich in flavor, healthy and super delicious and most of all they are vegan, gluten-free, and dairy free.

450 g fresh figs
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/2 lemon juice
Crust Layer:
140 g whole rolled oats
75 g almond flour
2 teaspoons cornstarch
50 g coconut sugar
80 ml coconut oil
pinch of salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
