Crust Ingredients:
2 1/3 cup (300 g) all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon dry yeast
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of sugar
2 tablespoons of olive oil
3/4 cup warm water
Filling Ingredients:
3.5 oz (100 g) sliced mushrooms
1.8 oz (50 g) Edam cheese
1.8 oz (50 g) Ricotta cheese
100 ml of tomato passata sauce
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
3 green olives
