Homemade pizza is something super fun to make with your family & also pretty easy to throw together! I decided to have homemade pizza for dinner on Friday but was lacking the pizza crust. Instead of going out to Target I pilfered through my pantry to see if I had everything it takes to make the crust at home. I usually have all purpose flour but was out of that - so I found a way to make it with what I had on hand, whole wheat flour. Much better for you anyways, right??

1/2 Cup water, hot
1 package Active Dry yeast (2 1/4 teaspoon)
1 1/4 Cup water, room temperature
2 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
4 Cups whole wheat flour
2 Tablespoons ground flaxseed
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
