Honey Dijon Pretzel Crusted Chicken

Try this sweet and salty chicken recipe. You will feel like you are eating in a fancy restaurant! It is so scrumptious!

1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup clove honey
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp garlic, minced
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cups pretzels, crushed
1 lb boneless chicken breasts
-In medium mixing bowl, mix Dijon mustard, olive oil, honey, pepper, garlic and salt. -Baste chicken in sauce. -Crush pretzels in large ziplock bag. -Place chicken into bag and shake until chicken is covered with pretzel on both sides. -Place chicken into a baking dish and cover with foil. -Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes or until cooked thoroughly. -Take dish out of oven with 5 minutes remaining and sprinkle chicken with cheese. -Drizzle honey over top and put back in oven without foil. -Enjoy!!
