Super delicious chicken that is ready from start to finish in about 15 minutes.

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, about 1 pound
black pepper, to taste
1/4 cup all purpose flour
3.5 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/3 cup honey

Cut the chicken breasts in half horizontally, to create 4 thin chicken breasts.
