1 cup long-grain white rice, uncooked
2 cups water
2 tablespoons freshly chopped cilantro
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
juice of one lime
FOR THE SHRIMP
1 pound shrimp
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 cups water

FOR THE SHRIMP
1 pound shrimp
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons lemon juice
