Honey Pumpkin Spice Black Bread

Mini black bread loaves with a hint of pumpkin spice coffee. SO GOOD!

1-1/2 c warm water
2 tbsp butter - softened
1/4 cup honey
2 cups all-purpose flour (or bread flour if you have it)
1-2/3 cups whole wheat flour
1 tbsp cocoa
1 tbsp granulated sugar
1 pkt Starbucks Pumpkin Spice instant coffee
1-1/2 tsp salt
3 tsp instant yeast - I like Red Star Platinum (or 3 tsp quick rise yeast - proofed)
Oats to sprinkle
