Honey Sea Salt Cookies

Chewy cookies that are sweet but not too sweet with a little kiss of sea salt. Magical!

1/2 cup butter ( softened )
1 egg
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoons baking soda

Mix butter, sugar and honey until combined. Add dry ingredients and stir to combine. Use a 1 1/2 tbsp cookie scoop to drop onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes until the edges are golden...
