For the dip:
2 8oz packages of cream cheese (room temperature)
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
4 jalapeño’s chopped & deseeded (you can add more jalapeños to make it hotter)
1/4 cup diced green onion
For the topping:
1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
1/2 stick of butter melted
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix well Place dip into an oven proof dish-remember the thicker the dip the longer it will take to heat up Once dip is in your oven...
