Hot and sour soup
Healthy hot and sour soup recipe made with nutritious vegetables, herbs and sauces. Boost your immunity with this soup to fight against cold, flu and sore throat.
1/2 cup Cabbage ( Finely chopped )
1/2 cup Carrot ( Finely chopped )
1/2 cup Mushroom ( Sliced )
2 teaspoon Red chilly sauce
2 teaspoon Dark soya sauce
1 teaspoon Vinegar
1 teaspoon Green chili ( Paste )
1 teaspoon White pepper ( Powder )
1 teaspoon Ginger ( Finely chopped )
1 teaspoon Garlic ( Finely chopped )
2 teaspoon Corn flour
2 teaspoon Green spring onions ( Finely chopped )
Saute the ginger and garlic till light brown. Add the carrot, cabbage and beans and saute in high flame for one minute.
