Hot Artichoke & Spinach Dip

I wanted to create my own version of this popular appetizer and this is what I came up with!

10-12 oz frozen spinach
1/4-1/3 cup milk
1 tablespoon oil
14 oz can artichokes, rinsed and drained
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
2 - 8 oz cream cheese blocks
1/2 teaspoon Montreal Steak Seasoning
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon roasted garlic seasoning, optional
Cook spinach according to package directions. In a colander, drain the spinach, pressing with the back of a spoon to remove excess moisture.
