Hot Cereal Pancakes

These are fabulous pancakes! Full of good for you stuff and still fluffy. These have an amazing texture. Have the mix ready before – breakfast in a flash!

Dry mix ingredients:
2 cups powdered milk
1 cup oats
1/2 cup corn meal
2 cups whole wheat flour
4 cups white flour
2 teaspoons salt
4 tablespoons baking powder
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup cream of wheat cereal

Pancakes:
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup water (warm)
1/2 cup butter or coconut oil (melted)
2 cups pancake mix
Mix all dry ingredients together and store in an airtight container. When ready for breakfast in a flash - mix pancake ingredients together (2 cups mix and wet ingredients) and cook them up! The mixture...
