Hot Chicken Salad

This Hot Chicken Salad is healthy and delicious! It can also be made gluten free. It has the perfect texture and crunch with the almonds and celery.

2 cups cooked chicken breast, cubed
1 1/2 cups diced celery
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne (or to taste, use less for less heat)
2 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
3/4 cup olive oil based mayonnaise
1 cup toasted Ezekiel bread crumbs
