Hot Cocoa Cupcakes with Marshmallow Buttercream
Dark chocolate cupcakes that are decadent and moist are topped with a sweet and light marshmallow buttercream.

3/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
3.5 ounces marshmallow creme
1 cup powdered sugar
