We wanted a cake similar to Angel Food Cake. This cake is similar but in reality totally different. It is great served with fresh fruit and whipped or ice cream..

1 cup sifted flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 cup milk

2 tbsp butter

2 eggs

1 cup sugar

1 tsp vanilla
