How To Boil Chicken Breast

While boiling is pretty foolproof. You can use bone-in and skin-on or boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Bone-in chicken with skin will produce a flavorful broth as a bonus. Boneless chicken requires less cooking time if you are in a rush.

  • Step 1. Place chicken in a large pot and cover with chicken broth and water (I usually do a mixture of both). Be sure to cover all chicken. Add your desired spices and vegetables
