One of the healthier alternatives is quinoa. With that being said, in this post I will show you how to make the most incredible seafood paella with quinoa.

3 cloves garlic
1/2 onion
1 tube cleaned squid
12 raw peeled and deveined jumbo shrimp
1/2 tsp sweet smoked Spanish paprika
1/2 cup canned tomato sauce

2 cups fish broth
1/2 tsp saffron threads
