How To Make Pepper Sauce Without Cream

Pepper sauce without cream - Made with soft cheese, garlic puree, brandy, and herbs, this savoury pepper sauce will tantalize your senses. Who says you need cream to make pepper sauce? This delicious pepper sauce recipe has no cream in it and tastes simply incredible! All you need are a few cooking staples like soft cheese, milk, olive oil, and mustard.

1 Small Onion (peeled and diced)
2Tbsp Brandy
2Tbsp Soft Cheese
30ml Whole Milk
1Tsp Garlic Puree
1Tsp Mustard
1Tbsp Olive Oil
1Tsp Coriander
1Tsp Rosemary
1Tsp Mixed Peppercorns
In a wok or frying pan add your diced onion, garlic, mustard and olive oil and cook on a medium heat for 3 minutes or until the onions have a lovely golden colour. Add the brandy and cook it out to reduce the alcohol and so that you can have that lovely brandy flavour in your cooking. Add the soft cheese and the milk and mix well until it forms a creamy thick sauce. It will have the same texture of double cream just without the calories. Add the seasoning and mix for a further couple of minutes. Serve with steak and fries.
