How To Make The Best Meatballs

A family favorite recipe that's been passed down. They go perfectly with my Sunday Sauce recipe.

15-20 Meatballs
2 lbs Mixed ground meat with Veal, Pork, and Beef
6 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 1/2 Cups Italian Style Bread Crumbs
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
2 Eggs
2 1/2 Tsp Salt
2 tsp Pepper
2 Tsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp. Parsley ( chopped )

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
