Hummus with Homemade Pita Bread

In our house, we love hummus very much, in all kinds of variations. Today I made it with sun-dried tomatoes, and I paired it with fresh veggies and, homemade pita bread. Delish!
4 servings
400 grams canned chickpeas
1 clove garlic
4-5 sun-dried tomatoes
salt and pepper ( to taste )
100 ml chickpea water
3-4 tablespoons sun-dried tomato oil
250 grams white flour
120 ml warm water
1 teaspoon sugar
4 grams dry yeast
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

In a food processor, add all the ingredients at once, blitz for a few minutes until creamy and add more water if necessary. Season again with salt and pepper, if it needs more. Scrape the sides from time...
