1 lb. chopped pecans
3 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. mace
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
1 1/2 cups applesauce
1 cup brandy or bourbon ( divided )
1 1/2 cup butter ( softened )
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
8 eggs
6 bananas ( mashed )
2 cups chopped apples
Glaze:
2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup butter ( melted )
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract

Heat over to 325 degrees F. Butter a 10 x 4 tube pan. Line bottom with parchment and butter the paper.
