IHOP Pancakes

1 1/4 c. flour
1 egg
1 1/4 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. oil
pinch of salt
Mix all ingredients until combined. Batter may be lumpy. Let set for 1 hour. Cook on griddle at 375 degrees F. Serve with butter and the syrup of your choice.
