Individual Leftover Chilli Pies (Gluten Free)

120g (1 cup) gluten free plain flour (I used Doves Farm) - see notes
1/4 teaspoon chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
40g (2 tablespoons) butter (cold and chopped into small pieces)
1 egg
1 tablespoon water (if needed)
Leftover chilli or bolognaise
Grated cheese (for sprinkling)
Chives (finely chopped) for decoration
!NOTES:
You could use regular plain (all-purpose) flour if you preferred; however, your may need to alter the other ingredients as the properties of gluten free flour are different.
~ Pre-heat the oven to 190°C (375°F). Grease six holes in a non-stick muffin pan with a little butter. ~ In a bowl, mix the flour and chilli powder together, add the salt and finally, the chopped butter....
