1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 cup heavy cream
8 ounces cream cheese
4 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
whipped cream for serving, if desired
fresh fruit for serving, if desired
