These are perfect if you love Scalloped Potatoes and you want just enough for the family! They tastes AH-MAZING and don't have nearly the calories that other recipes might have.

1-2 very large russet potato, thinly sliced
1 package of Smoked Gouda
1 onion, thinly sliced
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup cream
