6 ( 8 graham crackers, finely ground )
3 ( 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted )

2 teaspoons to 1.5 tablespoon brown sugar ( depending on your desired sweetness )
¼ cup all-purpose flour ( optional - If you are blind-baking the crust )

2 large eggs ( room temperature )

½ cup sour cream ( room temperature )
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Crackable Caramel:
1 (½ teaspoons) white sugar per cheesecake bite
Baking cups
