Obatzda „Oh-buts-duh" is a Bavarian staple Cheese dip. And since it is October, nothing would beat it for getting into the festive Oktoberfest spirit.

It is an easy and quick cheesy dip that makes the perfect snack or appetizer. The main ingredients of this Bavarian delicacy are Camembert, spreadable cheese, butter and spices. The dip gets its salmon color from the sweet paprika.

Using few swaps, I prepared a lighter version that can be enjoyed moderately.
