A simple, hearty, comforting meal that is crazy delicious!

1 package Cream Cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons ranch dressing mix
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup onion
1 can Kidney beans
1 can fire roasted tomatoes
2 cans diced green chilies
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups Fritos
2 tablespoons sliced green onion

These Spicy Garlic Paprika Shrimp with Chunky Tomatoes are seriously over-the-top good. Loaded with so many Spanish flavors, beyond easy to make and done in 20 minutes.
