1 lb lean beef cubes
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon Olive oil
3 cups beef broth
½ teaspoon steak seasoning
1 bay leaf
2 cloves garlic minced
1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes ( undrained )
1 cup carrots chopped
1 medium onion chopped
1 cup of celery chopped
1 cup of corn frozen ( fresh or canned--drained )
1 cup peas ( frozen, fresh or canned - drained )
1.5 cups red potatoes cubed with skins on or off

Ridiculously easy and quick vegan spinach soup. 5-ingredients, but nothing fancy or hard to get. Creamy, healthy, not to mention kid-friendly.

1 tbsp Olive oil
1 Onion
2 cloves Garlic
300 grams Fresh Spinach Leaves ( approx. 10 oz )
600 ml Vegetable broth ( approx. 2.5 cup )
2 Potatoes
Salt
Pepper

Wash the fresh spinach leaves. Peel and finely chop onion and garlic. Peel and dice potatoes. The smaller you dice them, the shorter will be your cooking time.
