1 tbsp minced garlic
2 1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp minced onions
1 tsp salt
2 bay leaves
1 chopped zucchini
1 cup chopped red and green bell peppers
1 cup whole kernel corn
8 oz whole wheat pasta
14 oz crushed tomatoes ( can OR jarred sauce )
