This instant pot spaghetti squash is healthy, delicious and comes together in a flash thanks to the magic of the instant pot. This dish is very low carb and absolutely nutritious. Makes for a perfect meal when you crave comforting pasta but is trying to watch the size of your waist as well.

  • Step 1. Cut the spaghetti squash into rings and remove the seeds and stringy pulp. You can soften the spaghetti squash in the microwave for 2-3 minutes before cutting it.
