3 large Shallots sliced medium thick
3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce ( Low Sodium )
3 cloves Fresh Garlic minced
1/4 cup Light Brown Sugar divided
1/4 cup Sugar divided
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoons Fish Sauce
1 teaspoon Chili Paste
1/4 teaspoon Ground White Pepper
2 pounds Pork Shoulder (Picnic) cut into 1/4" x 2" strips

12 ounces Jasmine Rice rinsed
1 can (14 oz) Coconut Milk
