Irish Cream Bread Pudding

This sauce is to die for! I think I will make it for an ice cream topper, French toast sauce and maybe just to drink LOL, The chocolate chips add a little something extra to this easy dessert.

For the Irish Cream sauce:
1 cups heavy whipping cream
3 tablespoons Bailey’s Irish Cream
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon water

For the bread pudding:
7 cups of 3/4-inch cubed French bread
3 ounces chocolate chips
3 ounces white chocolate chips
2 large eggs
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup milk
Nonstick vegetable oil spray
