IRISH CREAM POPSICLES

These summer treats are the perfect weekend afternoon pick me up. Using homemade Irish cream, these may not be kid friendly, but will make you feel like a kid at heart!

2 cups medium coffee
1 1/2 cups of Irish cream (you may want more/less depending on how creamy you want the popsicles)
1-2 ounces chocolate, melted
6 biscoff cookies, crushed
