1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1.5 pounds beef stew meat
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion
3 yellow potatoes
11.2 oz Guinness beer
3 cups beef broth
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
3 oz tomato paste
2 bay leaves
2 sprigs fresh thyme
fresh parsley
1 teaspoon black pepper
