1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste
4 tbsp butter ( melted )
1 lb small potatoes ( halved and quartered )
2 tbsp chopped parsley
cooking spray
