Italian Chicken Pasta

Italian seasoned chicken on top of flavorful pasta.

3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
2 tablespoons olive oil
12 ounces spaghetti noodles
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 small yellow onion, diced
4 garlic cloves
14.5 ounce can diced tomatoes
1 tablespoon all purpose flour
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup red wine
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Cook the pasta according to the package directions, until al dente and drain.
