Sometimes, as a blogger, I feel that my role is to say, "what if?" For example: what if a pizza met and fell in love with a chicken pot pie? What would their child look like? Well, I am here to tell you, their child would be an Italian Chicken Roll Up.

1 lb Pizza dough (you can make your own or buy some at the store.)
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
1/4 tsp fennel seed
2 cups shredded, cooked chicken
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
