Italian Parmesan Stuffed Mushrooms

I love mushrooms, and these Italian Parmesan Stuffed Mushroom are one of my favorite ways to eat them! They are easy to put together and a great party appetizer. No silverware needed for these perfect little bites! A mixture of mushroom stems, garlic, onion, white wine, and Parmesan cheese are stuffed inside white button mushroom caps and topped with more Parmesan cheese for an irresistible snack!

16 ounces white button mushrooms
1/2 onion, finely diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons white wine
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
1 package Kraft Italian Parmesan Fresh Take Meal Kit
2 tablespoons olive oil
