This Italian Romano Bean Soup is the perfect weeknight "set it and forget it" recipe. It's a one pot stop! Add all the ingredients into one pot and let it simmer. In 45 minutes you will have a delicious and hearty soup that the whole family will enjoy.

1 pound of Romano beans - ends cut off
4 medium potatoes - peeled and chopped
2 32 oz boxes of chicken stock- I personally use the Kirkland Organic Chicken Stock
1 can of Cannelini beans - drained
1 medium onion - chopped
1 medium tomato - chopped
Salt & Pepper to taste
