1.25 lb. Italian sausage links
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
15 oz crushed tomatoes
1 t brown sugar
1 t dried parsley flakes
1/2 t dried basil
1/2 t dried oregano
1/4 t crushed red pepper flakes
1 T balsamic vinegar
kosher salt and ground black pepper ( to taste )
