Italian Veggie Salad

An easy and delicious salad full of veggies with pepperoni and cheese.

2 cups diced red, yellow or orange peppers
2 cups diced cucumber, about 1 large
2 cups chopped broccoli florets
1 pint grape tomatoes, cut in half
5 ounce bag mini pepperoni
8 ounces mozzarella, cubed
1 cup asiago garlic salad dressing
black pepper, to taste
Add all of the veggies, pepperoni and cheese to a large bowl and mix. Pour the dressing over top and stir to coat. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
