This is German comfort food! The gravy is the BEST and the pork is crispy. A definite must try!

4 boneless pork chops
8 slices bacon, chopped
2 cups mushrooms, quartered
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 cup flour, for dredging
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
½ teaspoon parsley
½ teaspoon thyme
1 cup panko
4 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons flour
3 cups beef broth
Cut pork chops in half through the middle to create two thinner pieces out of each chop. Place each pork chop between 2 pieces of saran wrap and with a mallet, pound to flatten to about 1/4-inch thick....
