A healthy lebanese dish with feta cheese and chicken making it a double protein rich dish. Jalapeno is rich in vitamin C. Garlic contains useful minerals such as phosphorous, calcium, and iron, as well as trace minerals like iodine, sulfur, and chlorine.
For Chicken filling:
75 gram Shredded chicken ( boiled with 1 tsp salt and a pinch of turmeric )
Crushed pepper ( a pinch )
2 Crushed green chilies
pinch Crushed cumin
3 Crushed garlic
2-3 Jalapenos, drained finely sliced
1 tsp Feta cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Step 1 In a bowl add the shredded chicken, jalapenos, feta cheese, salt, pepper, green chilies, cumin and garlic. Mix them well.
