1/2 White Onion ( diced )
1/2 Mango ( skin removed and diced )
1 Kiwi ( skin removed )
1 Habanero ( seeds removed )
1 oz. Ginger Root ( peeled and minced )
3 Green Onions ( chopped )
3 SPRIGS Thyme
2 oz. Olive Oil
2 oz. Apple Cider Vinegar
3 oz. Honey
1/2 tsp. Fennel Seed
4 Cloves
4 Garlic Cloves
1 Star Anise
1/2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Cumin Seed
1/2 tsp. Allspice
2 tsp. Kosher Salt
1 tsp. Freshly Ground Black Pepper
2 Limes ( juiced )
Mango Relish :
1/2 Mango
2 Green Onions
1 Lime ( juiced )
1 Jalapeno ( seeds removed )
to taste PINCH Kosher Salt
to taste PINCH Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Optional Ingredients :
Fresh Cilantro
