1/2 cup butter ( softened )
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 cups blueberries
Streusel Topping:
1/4 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. melted butter
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
