Juicy Onion Burgers with Sauteed Kale

Seasoned with onion soup mix and topped with a pile of kale, this is incredible.

1/2lb 85/15 ground beef
1/2 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
1/2 packet Great Value onion soup mix
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 green onion (sliced)
1 teaspoon chopped fresh garlic
1 bunch fresh kale (rinsed with stems cut off)
1/4 cup white wine
2 whole grain sandwich thins (split)
2 Slices your favorite cheese

8 small taro roots
water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)

  1. Wash the taro roots well.
  2. Slightly cut a slit into each root, but not big enough to split the root into two pieces. This will allow the water and marinade to go into the taro root
