Peanut butter & oats come together into an easy cookie bar recipe that is absolutely delicious!

1 cup brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup margarine
3 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1-1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
4-1/2 cups quick cook oats
1 tsp baking soda
