Kabuli chana palda is an excellent dish which is tasty and healthy too. Chick peas are rich in both types of fiber, soluble and insoluble. Chickpeas lower cholesterol levels, thereby contributing to cardiovascular health. They contain low levels of phytochemicals called phyto estrogens which are highly beneficial for the health of women. Yogurt contains power boosting protein and bone-building calcium. It can also help you lose weight.

30 g Chickpeas - kabuli chana ( boiled )
½ tsp Oil
½ tsp Cumin seeds
1 tbsp Gram flour (besan)
50 g Yogurt
¼ tsp Turmeric powder
½ tsp Red chilli powder
Salt ( as per taste )
2 tbsp Fresh coriander leaves

Step 1 Whisk gram flour with yogurt till smooth.
